How is net salary calculated from gross?
Net salary is the amount the employee actually receives. It differs from gross by employee ZUS contributions, the health contribution and the PIT advance. The calculator performs all these steps automatically.
In net-to-gross mode, the calculator finds the gross salary that results in a specific take-home amount. This is particularly useful when negotiating employment terms.
